We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator that knows how to hook and convert an audience with viral, high-performance short-form video content. This person is someone who knows the ins and outs of how to create for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube – and the differences in audiences and content on each platform. We’re looking or someone who can drive digital marketing results, not make feature films!
This is a contractor position with monthly workflows/payments and the opportunity to increase work scope based on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scripting, writing treatments and shooting/editing high-performance social media video ads
- Working with social media specialists/media buyers to determine results of content and iterate for improved performance
- Working with account managers to determine content strategy for both driving short-term sales/growth results and building long-term brand equity via social media
QUALIFICATIONS
- Results-driven experienced in social media photo/video content creation
- Knowledge of professional video editing techniques and software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro X)
- Knowledge of in-app social media video editing techniques and tools (TikTok, IG Stories, Reels)
- Understanding of viral video principles – especially the first 3 seconds!
- Finger on the pulse of trending topics, influencers and content across social media platforms
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude and growth mindset
